Local transactions are charged at a standard rate of 1.7% + ₦100 per successful card or bank transfer collection. There are no hidden setup or maintenance fees.

What are PayIsland transfer fees?

Transfers and payouts are billed on a tiered structure based on the transaction amount: ₦10 for transfers of ₦5,000 and below, ₦25 for transfers between ₦5,001 and ₦50,000, and ₦50 for transfers above ₦50,000.

Are custom rates available?

Yes. Volume-based discounts and custom pricing schedules are available for high-volume platforms, enterprise integrations, and public institutions.

Are unsuccessful transactions charged?

No. PayIsland only charges fees on successful transactions. Failed or cancelled collections are completely free.

Can NGOs or institutions request custom pricing?

Yes. Approved non-profit organizations, foundations, schools, and religious associations are eligible for custom, reduced charity fee structures.
